01 / Context

The problem

Technical consulting depends on information that people can trust and act on. Fragmented inputs need a consistent structure, a way to identify gaps, and an explicit review step before they inform the next decision.

02 / Ownership

My contribution

I designed workflow components for collecting, validating, and reviewing installed-base information. I used Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Query, and Power BI, and worked with engineering, customer-facing, and cross-functional stakeholders to connect the workflow to their needs.

03 / Architecture

How it works

  1. 01

    Collect

Give contributors a structured interface for entering and updating information.

  2. 02

    Validate

Check completeness and consistency before downstream reporting.

  3. 03

    Review

Place a human decision at the point where a proposed change becomes accepted information.

  4. 04

    Support

Connect reviewed records to analytics and a clear technical handoff.

04 / Validation

Evidence & scope

  • Technical consulting internship with hands-on Power Platform workflow design.
  • Experience connecting stakeholder requirements, structured data, and reviewable outputs.
  • Public overview focuses on architecture and engineering method.

Project scope

Generalized internship overview with an original illustration of the information and review workflow.

05 / Perspective

Engineering takeaway

Automating the movement of information is only part of the problem. Validation, ownership, and an understandable review boundary make that information useful to the people who have to act on it.
